Payment Timing
At Parker’s, payment is charged immediately at checkout. This reserves your items and allows us to process your order quickly and efficiently. Like most online retailers, we do not offer payment on dispatch and your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Order Cancellation
- All Sales Are Final: Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.
- Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed, an 8% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
If You're Not Satisfied
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue by:
- Replacing the product(s).
- Issuing a credit to your account.
- Offering a refund, if the above options are unsatisfactory.

Refund & Replacement Policy
- We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
- Refunds and replacements are only provided for issues that do not relate to personal taste.
- In the event of damaged items, please include photos of the damage when contacting us. These are essential for claims with our carrier.
- We guarantee delivery only to the address confirmed on your order invoice. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot guarantee delivery or issue replacements.
Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped per Parker’s GBI shipping policies and are subject to product availability. Some items may need to be specially prepared, meaning delivery dates are estimates.
- Shipping delays may occur during busy periods or holidays. If you require confirmation of a delivery date, please contact us before placing your order.
- Non-Deliverable Packages: If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, no refund will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all order details before submitting.
- Our packaging is tested to maintain a temperature below 42°F, meeting USDA food safety standards. Items can be refrigerated or frozen upon arrival.
Shipping Notes
- Shipping/packaging charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.

Fraud Prevention
Parker’s GBI reserves the right to:
- Limit or cancel orders flagged as potentially fraudulent.
- Restrict quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
If changes to an order are required, we will contact you to explain and verify details before proceeding.
Gift Cards
- Parker’s Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- They cannot be reloaded, resold, or used outside of www.parkersgbi.com or its affiliated platforms.
Promo Codes & Discounts
- Promotional offers must be successfully entered during checkout to apply.
- If an issue arises with a promotion, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to honor promotions, once an order has been processed, we may only be able to apply the promotion to a future order.
