We’ve always wanted to make the very best of our Great British Institution available to as many people in the US as possible. That’s why we’re so happy that we can now offer free shipping to nearly anywhere in the mainland US. We’ll pick up the tab on the courier cost for you when you spend over $120.
Delivery may take a little longer than our other options (depending on when you order it can take up to 14 days to dispatch as we have limited shipping windows - packages can't travel over the weekend!), but thanks to our new PolarPack Cool Boxes the products we take such great pride in will still arrive fresh as a daisy. Products are quickly frozen before shipping to keep them fresh and they may still be frozen by the time they get to you, so make sure you have space available!
All the packaging is reusable and will be perfect for your next family picnic. There's also no packaging charge on non-perishable items, so feel free to fill up a box with those crisps you crave!
We ask that you do not select a P.O Box as your delivery address - UPS are under no obligation to deliver perishable items to a P.O Box, and may refuse to do so.
WE SHIP YOUR FRESH PRODUCTS IN COOLER BOXES
Our dedicated team of professional shippers will lovingly pick and pack your order. We use high density, food grade Styrofoam cooler boxes and fill them with icepacks to keep your order at a safe refrigerated temperature during transportation.
Got some empty space in your box? The dry ice pellets we use evaporate into gas as they thaw, so it's entirely normal for there to be a gap where refrigerants once were.
All our shipping packaging is recyclable and reusable, so hang onto it for a family picnic or to store your food shopping on a hot day!
OUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE
The UPS Home Delivery service can take 2-4 days to arrive depending on how far away you are from our shipping hub. Our standard shipping days are Monday to Wednesday (like UPS) and as before we cannot ship products to be in transit over Sundays, so your order may wait until the following Monday to ship depending on the distance it has to travel. All delivery dates given are estimates, so if you need a parcel for a specific date please get in touch so we can discuss your options.
Please note that during busy periods, peak times and holidays orders may take longer than usual to ship. We will always ship your order as soon as we can, but if you have any questions about when it is likely to dispatch please do get in touch.
Need a delivery to arrive that week, or in the morning? Our UPS 2-Day options can get the parcel out to you in double-time. Select 2-Day AM and UPS guarantee delivery by 12 noon, perfect for that unexpected evening meal with your pie-loving friends!
Too excited to wait? Select ‘Overnight Delivery’ by 12pm and we’ll deliver the next day between Tuesday and Friday. We recommend giving us a call to make sure there's no stock delays if you need it urgently.
Order by 12pm on a Friday and select ‘Saturday Overnight Delivery’. Order by 12pm on a Thursday, select ‘UPS Express 2 Day Saturday Delivery’.
Note: As we make and bake all our products fresh, orders are shipped on a first in-first out basis. During peak times and busy holidays this may cause delays but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Specific Day/Special Deliveries
We can deliver on a specific date if you need us to, just select one of the UPS Express options and drop a note onto the order form or contact us by phone or email. If we can't accommodate the request due to our shipping windows, we'll be in touch! Due to UPS not offering a guaranteed delivery date with their Ground services, we cannot guarantee any specific arrival date when choosing the Free Shipping service - we will do our best however!
We want to make sure you get the best shipping value when shopping with us. With this in mind, we have built a clever system that calculates how full your shipping box is as you shop. You can check it at all times when viewing your basket.

Select ‘Overnight Shipping’ in the hot summer months to ensure peace of mind that in 100F+ weather your order will arrive in perfect condition.
Double check the delivery address.
UPS do not require that someone is there to receive the delivery, and will leave the package at the property without a signature. As a result please do keep an eye on your UPS tracking number, so you know once your goodies have arrived.
Refrigerate or freeze your products upon arrival, to ensure that they remain as fresh as possible.

YOUR 100% SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL
If you are unhappy in any way with any item(s) you purchase, we would ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will do all that we can to rectify the situation. Usually through replacement of products / credit to your account, or if this is unsatisfactory through a complete refund.

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided; which are confirmed on the order invoice. On the rare occasion that items arrive damaged please include photos with your correspondence so we are able to send those on to the carrier. Parker’s LLC reserves the right to refuse replacement or refunding of items due to issues we deem to be a matter of personal taste.
